Parks #1612-1: Ventura Village moves to allocate $40,000 of currently
allocated but unspent CPP funds toward our Neighborhood
Priority Plan supporting parks, in particular the Peavey Park
renovations expected in 2017 and 2018, possibly including but not
limited to purchase of sod for field improvements.
#1612-2: By-law change:
II.6 Subsection C. NOTICE
Notice of any meeting of the membership, including a written agenda,
shall be mailed at least three (3) calendar days but no more than thirty
(30) calendar days prior to the annual membership meeting and to any
special membership meeting to be held within 90 days after receipt of
the demand for such a meeting and shall specify the time and place of
the meeting.
ADD:
Any member asking that agendas be sent by email can opt out of having
paper agendas mailed through the US Postal Service.

equipment.
